Why don't I get your messages?
In some separate cases AOL and COX users may not receive our e-mails. It can happen due to many factors. One of the most common reasons is the e-mail provider that can consider our letters as spam. It is a real problem for us as it does not allow us to get in touch with you in case when it is necessary. To avoid this problem we recommend you to fix your post filters in such a way that our messages would reach you. Before you submit an order at our Internet-shop it is necessary look through the data provided on website’s Policy page. When the order is accepted you will not be able to disagree with any terms and conditions described on our site.

Order Issues
How should I submit an order on your website?
The procedure consists of a few steps. First of all choose the products you want to buy, then click 'Buy Now' button and you will be taken to your shopping cart where you will be asked to confirm your order. Just click on the 'Secure Checkout' button. After that you will see the page with the form where you should type the data of your credit card and other shipping details. As soon as you finished just click the 'Pay Now' button and that's it.
How much time will it take to dispatch my order?
It depends on the time when the order was placed. In case you submitted it after 2 pm EST it will be dispatched the next business day. If you submitted your order until 2 pm EST it will be shipped the same day. At present time we do not dispatch orders on weekends.
Which options do I have to pay for the order?
At present time we accept any Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card. As a rule it takes about 48 hours to process and charge the transaction. All online payments are made on a secure checkout page to keep your data safe.
How can I delete my order?
Please, note you can delete your order only before 2 pm EST on the date it was submitted. If the products have already been shipped we can not cancel the order. In case you dispute the charge without informing us it will be considered a serious crime and your information will be reported to the respective authorities.
Why is my order declined?

The reasons can be as follows:

  • by customer's request;
  • in case this is the first time you order at our online store and the amount exceeds 250 USD. The company is entitled to decline the order for safety reasons. If your first order is accepted and successfully received you will have a possibility to order for any desirable amounts.
  • in case the product you want to buy is out of stock at the moment;
  • in case you submitted 2 identical orders at once;
  • if you have not filled in correctly all necessary data;
  • if your shipping address belongs to the territories where we do not ship our goods. These are Middle and Far East, Africa, South America, and CIS.

What are your delivery terms?
1. Standard Shipping

In this case shipping cost comprises $8 and $1 for every additional product. The time for processing – 24 hours excluding the weekends. The delivery time usually takes till 7 business days. Shipping service: USPS / Fedex Smaprtpost / UPS. Shipping area includes continental USA.

In dependence on area the delivery time may vary:

  • Territories within NY, the approximate delivery time is 1-2 business days.
  • Territories within the tri-state area of NY, the approximate delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • Territories on the East Coast, the approximate delivery time is 3-4 business days.
  • Territories on the Midwest, the approximate delivery time is 4-5 business days.
  • Territories on the West Coast, the approximate delivery time is 5-6 business days.
  • A delay of 3-4 days can take place in case the order includes any cosmetic and skincare products. All orders are delivered to PO boxes.
2. Express Shipping

In this case shipping cost comprises $17 and $1 for every additional products. The time for processing – 24 hours excluding the weekends. The delivery time usually takes 1-2 business days. Shipping service: Fedex or USPS. Shipping area includes continental USA.

The dispatch is fulfilled dependending on time when the order was placed. If it was submitted by 2 p.m. EST on any business day it will be shipped out on the same day. In case it was submitted after 2 p.m. EST the parcel/s will be shipped the next business day. Please pay attention to the fact that express shipping does not imply the inclusion of backorders or orders that are submitted on hold for client credit protection.

3. International Shipping

In this case shipping cost comprises $50 and $3 for every additional product. The time for processing – 24 hours excluding the weekends. All the delivery details regarding the order are shipped by our customer support team to client's e-mail. Therefore please check your inbox messages. The approximate delivery time depends on the time when the order was submitted. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel. If the parcel weighs more than 3 pounds its shipping cost may increase. In such situation the additional price for extra weight will be displayed on the secured checkout page during the order placement.

How to find out the tracking numbers?

The available tracking numbers for UPS, FEDEX, DHL (excluding USPS / Fedex Smaprtpost) will be provided in the confirmation message that will be sent to customer's e-mail pointed out during the order placement.

What are the rules of shipping hazardous products?

To hazardous products (HAZMAT) refer such items as sprays, nail polish removers, aerosols, etc. These products can be dispatched only by land transport vehicles in conformity with the rules of the US Department of Transportation. The air shipping in such cases is forbidden.

The parcels with such type of products must be dispatched by UPS Ground. Customers who ordered these products may use USPS Ground shipping to track the order. It is forbidden to ship HAZMAT items to Hawaii and Alaska.

What countries do you ship to?
At the moment we ship our products to the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and a few other countries. The shipment is impossible to Middle and Far East, Africa, and CIS. We use Fedex, UPS, and USPS for the USA and DHL – for other countries.
What should I do in case of non-delivery of my order?
There are different reasons for delays in delivery. In many cases the circumstances are beyond our control. But in any case if non-delivery happens we are ready to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Please contact us and we will do our best to help you. In return we hope for your understanding of the situation.

Refunds/Returns and Exchanges
Refund and exchange policy.

For safety reasons not all cosmetic and skincare items can be returned, refunded or exchanged in no dependence of if the product has been used or not. We kindly ask you to choose the products you want to purchase with attention. Opening the product means opening the wrapping of a perfume for example.

Returns must be sent through a traceable carrier to the warehouse address which is displayed on the airway bill (consignment). All returns are accepted only within 20 days after the delivery date.

If something went wrong by our mistake we guarantee to refund you money or to reship the item by your request. If due to the indication of the wrong shipping address the parcel has not reached you we require to send it back in the original packaging. In this case we do not cover the shipping costs. In case of free shipping we will charge a standard shipping price on returning. Besides we will deduct 20% of the product's cost and 2.5 USD as a labor fee. The rest of the money will be returned to your bank card.

In case of international shipping all the issues must be handled by the customer. You can not ask for the refund if your order is already on its way to the place of destination. In case of any return a parcel should reach our store within 40 days from the date of order placement. If it arrives later we will not issue the refund. Please get sure that the returning parcel has the packing slip and the explanatory note. If the returned product is damaged or used we have a right not to issue a refund.
